My Journey: From Fear to Freedom

A few years ago, I pushed myself far beyond my limits. I ignored my intuition, silenced my body’s signals, and kept going because I thought I had to. Eventually, everything collapsed.

​

What I thought was burnout turned out to be my awakening. It taught me that healing begins when we stop running from ourselves and start listening to what our body, heart, and soul are trying to say.

​

That experience became the foundation of what I now call Soul Realignment Coaching—a process that brings the nervous system, mind, and soul back into balance, so you can live from your truth with peace and clarity.

What Is Soul Realignment Coaching?

Soul Realignment Coaching is a gentle yet powerful process that helps you release what no longer serves you—emotionally, mentally, and energetically—so you can come home to yourself.

Through this work, we explore the deeper roots of your stress, fear, or feelings of disconnection. Together, we look at:

  • Unresolved childhood or ancestral wounds that still shape your behavior and emotions.

  • Patterns and beliefs that once helped you survive but now hold you back.

  • Old stories your mind repeats that no longer reflect who you are.

  • The state of your nervous system, learning to calm and regulate it through awareness and breath.

 

This is not about “fixing” you—it’s about remembering who you truly are underneath the layers of fear, expectation, and conditioning.

What to Expect

Each session is unique and tailored to where you are in your journey.
We move gently but deeply, using a combination of:

  • Somatic awareness (listening to the signals of your body)

  • Breath and nervous system regulation

  • Intuitive reflection and heart-centered conversation

  • Energetic and emotional release practices

 

Our sessions create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the truth of who you are.

 

Before We Begin

Before starting a coaching journey, I offer a free introductory call.
This conversation is a chance for us to get to know each other, to explore what you’re seeking support with, and to see whether my approach feels right for you.
It’s important that it feels good for both of us — connection and trust are the foundation of meaningful work together.

 

My Approach

My approach is rooted in experience, intuition, love and compassion. I don’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level techniques. True healing takes time, patience, and presence.

Together, we work to bring the body, mind, and soul back into alignment—so you can live with peace, clarity, and confidence in your authentic self.

You can let go, heal, and return to who you were always meant to be.

 

During my own healing journey, there were moments when everything felt heavy — when I didn’t know how to move through it or find relief. In those moments, I often wished I could call or message someone for a small word of support, just a gentle reminder that I wasn’t alone.
Because I know how important that can be, I offer the possibility to reach out between sessions — whether by phone or message — for those moments when things feel overwhelming. Sometimes, even ten minutes of understanding and encouragement can make all the difference.

 

How We’ll Work Together

Because every story is unique and each person’s path unfolds differently, I don’t work with fixed programs or timelines. We move at a pace that feels right for you.
Sessions typically last about 60 minutes and take place every week to every three weeks, depending on what feels supportive. Some people come for a few sessions, others choose to work together for several months — it all depends on your needs and rhythm.

 

The investment for each session is € 175,00 which includes the possibility to reach out between sessions when you need a little extra support.

 

Sessions take place online, so you can join from wherever you are in the world.
